How does produc-T.com process my payment? Is it safe and secure?

We at produc-T.com take your online transaction safety and privacy seriously. This is why we use Paypal, one of world’s largest third-party payment handler to process your online orders. By using Paypal, you have the flexibility to either use any major credit cards you have or by creating a Paypal account to make payment to us. We do NOT collect any confidential financial data and private info from you. This prevents potential hackers from accessing any confidential data from our customer.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

We accept ALL major credit cards payment through Paypal.

Do I need to create a Paypal account to pay?

No. Paypal gives you the option to create an account with them Or simply use your credit card like you would normally make an online payment.

How will I know that my order is placed successfully?

Once you complete the checkout procedure, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page. In additional, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you promptly to the e-mail address you had provided while placing your order.

How will my order be shipped? How long does it take?

Your order will be processed and shipped out to you from our warehouse in Shanghai, China via International Air Parcel. It normally takes 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive if you live in Asia, North America. In some EU countries, it may take up to 10 business days. So far we have successfully shipped to customers in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Can I make change to/cancel my order after it has been placed?

As long as you notify us BEFORE your order is shipped, we are always happy to make changes or cancel your order per your request. Should you choose to cancel, we will credit your account promptly through Paypal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange (online orders only, excludes "SALE" merchandise). All items must be unworn with all price tags intact. We will not accept returns without the original tags and receipt/packing slip. Orders over 30 days will not be accepted for return. Please contact us at service@produc-T.com to obtain return address. produc-T.com is not responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend you track and insure your package. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
